The Western Highlands Provincial Health Authority (WHPHA) is a role model for health services in Papua New Guinea, according to a former Prime Minister.

Western Highlands Governor and former Prime Minister, Hon Paias Wingti declared this when officially launching the WHPHA’s five- year Corporate Plan at the Highlander Hotel in Mt Hagen recently.
